Kim, on the Office Staff, was Amazing! My sister and I have been tring to set up an appointment with Dr. Nayer for awhile now. We tried going through the web sites for appointments with no luck. We both have very serious nurological issues and havebt been in the area long enough to establish with a good Nurologist. Our primary back in CA rally likes Dr. Nayer and we were genuinely hoping to see him, as we are suffering and our primary is very concerned. We called the Bullhead office several times, leaving messages for help. Finally, spoke to a young woman who told us that there is no web site associated with this office, eveb though I was looking at the web site as I talked to her. I asked what we should do to get an appointment. She seemed confused and wasnt sure. Then said, I guess youll have to figure it out and hung up. I was very concerned that any Dr office would run an office in that way and felt afraid to trust that Dr. Nayer was legit. Luckily, today, I decided to try one more time and accidentally called the Vegas location and talked to Kim. She was Amazing! She answered every question with ease, kindness and excellent professionalism. Eveb offering to step in if we had further issues with staff at the Bullhead office. She let me know that the some if the staff is new and that this lication is very busy. I get it as I am a retired Director for the US Governenent and have had my share overseeing the traing if new emoloyees, esoecially in stressful, busy conditions. Im sure the young lady will come along fine. This is specifically to lift up Kim, in Vegas, again an Amazing, reassuring asset to this organization. Who genuinely cares about Dr. Nayer and this medical establishmebt, and it shows. If I was still emplyed, I would try to steal her, she was just that good. She made your office shine!

I have not been happy with my experience with tri state or dr. Nayer. The only person at the Bullhead City office that has given me any medical answers or gotten anything accomplished when I needed mri approval has been Temple Gupta. She has been the only one that I feel cares about my well being as a patient.

Was great, got me in for sleep study, and had my new machine to me 7/25/2023.
First great sleep in 4 months. Old machine wore out.

Love the staff at Dr. Nayer's office. So much I brought my dad to be his patient as well! i love Ivy his APRN as well. She is amazing!! Huge kudos to Kim for always being so on point!!! Best Neurologist ever!

Dr. Mayer displayed sincere concern for my reported concerns. I was overly impressed that he put forth the effort to have an appointment set up for a specialist on an expedited manner.

Appointment was at 9:15. While I didn't get right in at 9:15, I was leaving the Doctor's office at 10:00. I didn't know that I wouldn't be physically seeing the Doctor until I got back in the examination room. The MA said that the appointment was going to be a telemed appointment. The picture was very clear when talking to Dr. Nayer & it was easy to hear him. This type of appointment worked for me this time!

To me it seems this doctor takes the time to listen to me and takes it more seriously then other doctors did. He went out of his way to help.
